WINFLY’s leadership has completed Smart Force Academy (SFA) — an educational programme for defence companies run by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE). The team worked through a comprehensive curriculum for developing defence-industry enterprises.
During the programme, the company’s management deepened its expertise in sales to government customers, military units, and charitable foundations; strategic management and the design of effective business processes; Lean manufacturing, the theory of constraints, risk management, and production scaling.
Separate modules covered investment and grant financing, engagement with Ukrainian and international investors, preparation for entry into international markets, R&D development, end-user engagement, intellectual-property protection, and the adoption of modern IT solutions. The team also strengthened its competencies in procurement, logistics, financial management, Government Relations, security, HR, and leadership development.
The knowledge and practical cases gained have become a foundation for further refining the company’s processes, developing innovative solutions, and improving operational efficiency — so that WINFLY can continue to advance its products and scale production as a Ukrainian manufacturer of unmanned systems.
